NEET Telegram Ban: नीट री-एग्जाम से पहले Telegram पर 22 जून तक अस्थायी रोक, message editing भी 30 जून तक बंद

NEET Telegram Ban को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। NEET UG 2026 re-exam से पहले भारत में Telegram access को 22 जून 2026 तक अस्थायी रूप से सीमित किया गया है। National Testing Agency यानी NTA ने इस फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए कहा है कि यह परीक्षा की निष्पक्षता, सुरक्षा और credibility बनाए रखने के लिए उठाया गया कदम है।

NEET Telegram Ban में केंद्र सरकार ने क्या फैसला लिया?

केंद्र सरकार ने NEET UG 2026 re-exam से पहले Telegram messaging platform पर limited-period access restriction लगाया है। यह रोक 22 जून 2026 तक लागू रहेगी। NEET UG 2026 की पुनर्परीक्षा 21 जून 2026 को होनी है, इसलिए restriction की अवधि परीक्षा के दिन और उसके तुरंत बाद के समय को cover करती है।

Economic Times की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, MeitY यानी Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology ने NTA की recommendation पर Information Technology Act, 2000 की Section 69A के तहत directions जारी किए हैं। NTA ने इसे exam integrity की सुरक्षा के लिए “calibrated step” बताया है।

21 जून को NEET UG 2026 re-exam, admit card पहले ही जारी

NTA की official public notice के अनुसार, NEET UG 2026 re-examination 21 जून 2026, रविवार को दोपहर 2:00 बजे से शाम 5:15 बजे तक आयोजित की जाएगी। Candidates के admit cards 14 जून 2026 से official NEET website पर उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं।

NTA ने candidates को official website से login credentials के जरिए admit card download करने और refund से जुड़े bank account details verify करने की सलाह दी है। agency ने यह भी कहा है कि candidates latest updates के लिए केवल NTA और NEET की official websites पर जाएं।

Telegram पर रोक क्यों लगाई गई?

NTA के मुताबिक, कई social media और messaging platforms पर NEET UG 2026 re-exam से जुड़े fake paper leak claims, unauthorized content और exam fraud से संबंधित गतिविधियों की सूचना मिल रही थी। ऐसे दावों में कथित question paper, answer key, leaked paper या guaranteed result जैसी बातें फैलाकर candidates और parents को गुमराह करने की कोशिश की जाती है।

Reuters ने Ministry of Education के बयान के हवाले से बताया कि Telegram का इस्तेमाल candidates को “defraud” करने के लिए किए जाने की बात सामने आई थी। इसी आधार पर platform access को limited period के लिए restrict किया गया है।

यह साफ करना जरूरी है कि NTA ने अपने public notice में कहा है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति, संस्था या platform के पास NEET UG 2026 question papers तक परीक्षा से पहले access नहीं है। agency ने candidates को unverified claims, Telegram groups और viral messages से बचने की सलाह दी है।

30 जून तक message-editing feature पर भी restriction

इस फैसले का एक अहम हिस्सा Telegram के message-editing feature से जुड़ा है। रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, सरकार ने Telegram को भारत में पहले से पोस्ट किए गए messages के editing feature को 30 जून 2026 तक disable करने का निर्देश दिया है।

NTA का कहना है कि past exams में कुछ मामलों में पुराने messages को exam के बाद edit कर “paper leak” के fake evidence तैयार करने की कोशिश की गई। उदाहरण के तौर पर, कोई व्यक्ति exam खत्म होने के बाद पहले से मौजूद message को edit कर उसमें question paper या answer key जैसा content डाल सकता है और फिर दावा कर सकता है कि उसने paper पहले ही leak कर दिया था। इसी risk को देखते हुए message-editing restriction को लागू किया गया है।

Section 69A के तहत क्या अधिकार है?

Information Technology Act, 2000 की Section 69A केंद्र सरकार को कुछ परिस्थितियों में किसी computer resource पर मौजूद information तक public access block करने की power देती है। यह power sovereignty, security, public order या related legal grounds के तहत इस्तेमाल की जा सकती है।

इस मामले में NTA के अनुसार, Telegram restriction public order और exam-related fraud रोकने के उद्देश्य से लगाया गया है। हालांकि, blocking orders और intermediary directions generally regulatory process के तहत जारी किए जाते हैं, इसलिए detailed order की पूरी copy सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध हो, यह जरूरी नहीं है।

NTA ने fake claims report करने के लिए dedicated portal भी शुरू किया

NEET UG 2026 re-exam से पहले NTA ने suspicious claims report करने के लिए dedicated reporting platform भी launch किया है। 15 जून 2026 की public notice में NTA ने candidates, parents, coaching institutes और आम लोगों से कहा है कि वे unauthorized websites, social media accounts, messaging channels, leaked paper claims, impersonation और fraudulent activities की जानकारी report कर सकते हैं।

NTA ने यह भी कहा कि users screenshots, links, documents और संबंधित evidence upload कर सकते हैं। agency के अनुसार, NTA PIB Fact Check Unit और relevant law enforcement agencies के साथ मिलकर misleading और fraudulent activities की monitoring करेगा।

छात्रों और अभिभावकों पर इसका क्या असर पड़ेगा?

Telegram restriction का असर उन users पर पड़ेगा जो India में Telegram का इस्तेमाल communication, study groups, coaching updates या personal messaging के लिए करते हैं। लेकिन सरकार और NTA का तर्क है कि यह कदम limited period के लिए है और NEET UG 2026 re-exam की credibility बनाए रखने के लिए जरूरी माना गया है।

Students के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि वे admit card, centre details, exam timing, dress code, permitted items और official alerts केवल NTA/NEET website से verify करें। किसी भी Telegram group, WhatsApp forward, Instagram reel या YouTube claim को official update न मानें।

Re-NEET 2026 security पर सरकार पहले से सक्रिय थी

NEET UG 2026 re-exam से पहले केंद्र सरकार ने Meta, Google और Telegram जैसे platforms के साथ भी coordination किया था, ताकि fake leak posts, panic-inducing messages और misinformation networks पर कार्रवाई हो सके। Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan की review meetings और NTA की advisories से यह साफ है कि इस बार exam security और digital misinformation दोनों पर समान रूप से focus किया जा रहा है।

Re-exam की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए NTA ने exam staff training, suspicious claims portal, admit card advisory और cyber monitoring जैसे कदम उठाए हैं। Telegram restriction इसी larger exam-security framework का हिस्सा माना जा रहा है।

Candidates को क्या करना चाहिए?

NEET UG 2026 candidates को सबसे पहले अपना admit card official website से download करना चाहिए और exam centre, timing और instructions को ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए। किसी भी “paper leak”, “confirmed answer key”, “guaranteed rank” या “paid paper group” जैसे दावों से दूर रहना चाहिए।

यदि कोई suspicious Telegram channel, social media account या website NEET paper बेचने या leak का दावा करती दिखे, तो उसे NTA के dedicated reporting portal या official channels पर report किया जा सकता है। candidates को ऐसे groups में पैसा भेजने, personal details देने या forwarded content फैलाने से बचना चाहिए।
